I just got a Nuvi 765T refurb.
I have until February 23 to run the map update.
It has map version 2010.10
Is this the latest version?
Is a new version expected before Feb., 23rd?

When a map update comes along, how "old" is the data (ie. it represents a database snapshot from X days/weeks/months prior)? Do they use the NAVTEQ database?
It depends on the source of the data and many other variables.
Large road projects typically take 1 - 2 years, residential streets typically 3 - 5 years, and points of interest anywhere from 2 - 3 years to upwards of 7+ years.
