I know this probably isn't possible, but is there a way to edit the map on my unit manually? The latest map update picked up some construction that they did last year and now completely routes me around a road that I travel every single day. Last year the bridge was out and thus the road was closed. However, it has been open since July or August and my GPS doesn't even know that the road is there. It is the fastest way to get to the highway and it routes around it every time. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck until the next update which hopefully is current enough to show these changes?
not on a garmin
The maps cannot be modified on a Garmin and the update may take a couple of cycles to be incorporated into the releases. The only practical advice right now is live with it.
