I just checked out the opening page of the Public Earth site and it looks like a good resouce! I'll check it out better when I get home 'cause our old IE6 here at work is not fully supported by the site.

You might want to also check out http://www.openstreetmap.org/ BTW Public Earth looks pretty good, names a lot of the buildings and street numbers in the town I live in. Also when I first opened it, it was zoomed in on the city I live in...
