Sorry for the long URL but I don't know how to put an active URL in a post. You can copy and paste into your browser window. Basically, the article says that an unexpected solar radio burst back on Dec 6 disable virtually all of the GPS satellites on the lighted side of the earth. More might occur.

OK, not really...since RT sent you the instructions, I don't have to tell you...but for the rest of the kids in the sandbox, down at the bottom of a compose or reply form there's a link "Input format" - you have to hit that, and hit the select button for 'Filtered HTML with additional tags' - and you can make a link provided you know the correct HTML code to do it.
