Nuvi 370 freezing up- anyone else ever hear/have this?

Hi there,
I have a Garmin Nuvi370 for about 2 1/2 years or so and in the past couple of months it would occasionally freeze/lock-up while driving. Usually I can unplug it and restart but one time it took me a couple of days before it worked properly. Since then it has frozen and rebooted twice, both times while on the road.
I know the unit may be nearing the end of its life cycle, but I can't really afford a new GPS at this time as I am currently looking for work.
Appreciate any advice, ideas, etc.
Blue tooth!
Are you useing the blue tooth feature with your phone? Not sure if your unit supports blue tooth but i had a issue with mine doing something similar to yours.

Hard reset

The first thing I would try would be to do a hard reset.
To do this hold your finger on the upper right corner of the screen while you turn it on. Keep your finger pressed until the pop-up window appears.
Touch yes and all factory settings will be restored. Before doing all this back-up all your favorites because you will most probably lose them doing the above.
See if this solves your problem, if not report back and we'll try something else.
