Anyone have Nuvi 350/300 Firmware 6.00?

After downloading to 6.10, I'm having some issues like Attention Tone not working in TTS mode. I want to go back to 6.00 as there were no significant updates (lesson learned).

Does anyone have the previous version lying around on their hard drive? Perry hasn't updated his Nuvi firmware list since 5.40.

Pretty silly that they've now removed the attention tone...why Garmin continues to remove useful features is beyond comprehension.

An alternate way is:

1. Connect the nuvi to the PC and wait for it to be detected/recognized.
2. Drag the downloaded file to the WebUpdater icon on your PC.

The file will be transferred to the nuvi and the firmware update/backdate will take place on the next nuvi power-cycle after disconnecting from USB.

Nuvi 300

Hi Sam I am trying a long shot, way back in 2009 you were looking to down load an older version of software I wonder if you still have a copy of firmware version 5.40 for the Nuvi 300?

Or anyone else smile
I always found it had a better navigation, sadly my Nuvi got smashed in the car door, I have purchased a couple of Nuvi300 since but all have the newer firmware and they dont calculate/ navigate like the older software does.
