Maybe it's in the file?

Did you look in the file with one of the GPX editors or even with a text editor?

Not everyone who creates GPX files use it, but provision is made to include author name, email, web link, and copyright info, each as a field in the header. If it's there it will be early in the file, before the POIs.

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.
