Suggestion for POI

Is anyone interested in creating a POI file that has restaurants with salad bars? I know that Ruby Tuesday and Charlie Browns have them but what about non chain restaurants or chains that I have never heard of when I travel to different locations.

Who would want to maintain the constant changes?
Restaurants in my town are going belly up all the time. Beyond that, there's the issue of keeping track of whether the salad bar exists in a month or a year's time. Too much hassle.
