Nuvi 700 series

I was wondering, how do you know that the red light information has been transferred onto the GPS? I downloaded the software from Garmin. The GPS indicated it. But, the red light info, I don't see it.

Simulate a run through an RLC intersection

If you don't have a red light camera nearby to make a test run and you want to see how your nüvi responds (and verify that you did the install correctly), put it into Simulator Mode, set your current location to be several blocks away from a known RLC point and then create a quickie route that will take you through the intersection with the RLC. As your simulated run approaches the RLC intersection, you should get an audible alert and the warning info will display near the top of the screen.

Here's a couple of links that explain this in more detail:

Welcome to this site, you'll find lots of good info here and as you learn some new tricks, share them with us.
