Error when loading My Dashboard at Garmin.com

I am trying to find out what POI's if any have been loaded onto my Garmin 265wt.
Everytime I go into the dashboard to read my GPS it tell me "Internet Explorer has closed this webpage to help protect your computer

A malfunctioning or malicious add-on has caused Internet Explorer to close this webpage."

Can anyone help me with this. I downloaded the poi for Tim Hortons Coffee shops and used the poi loader but cannot find the uploaded files anywhere and
dashboard will not function

Touch where to,extras and

Just a question

How would you use MyDashboard to fine what POIs you'd loaded on your Nuvi? As far as I can tell it doesn't have a feature that would do that.

No to MyDashboard.

You wouldn't use MyDashboard. It has nothing to do with POI's. You would use the method described by Charlesd45 to view your custom POI's.

Exactly

That's why I asked the question.

Pois, extras and then it

Pois, extras and then it says, no extras loaded.
Don't know what I did wrong in downloading. I have the file on my PC and clicked on POI loader. The loading bar seemed to indicate that it was putting it on my GPS but didn't.
Where did I go wrong? And why is it saying "A malfunctioning or malicious add-on has caused Internet Explorer to close this webpage." on the POI facttory website.

Here are the

Here are the instructions.Note I see you have a 265.It will not play mp3 files. If you plan to use voice alerts you will need wav files. If not you will get the built in bong alert.

1.Make a folder on your computer and give it a name. Example My poi's.
2.Download the csv or gpx file and put them in that folder.
3.If you want to add a bmp or wav. Download from site and also add to the same folder but make sure you name them the same as the file you want them to go with except the extensions.

>My pois=Main Folder
>>Dunkin Donuts.csv
>>Dunkin Donuts.wav
>>Dunkin Donuts.bmp
>>Walmart.csv
>>Walmart.bmp
>>Walmart.wav
>>Targets.gpx
>>Targets.bmp
>>Targets.wav

4.Hook the gps up to computer using usb cable and then run poiloader . http://www8.garmin.com/products/poiloader/http://www8.garmin.... Select My pois folder when you get to browse.
5.If you want alerts use manual mode instead of express.
6.You should get message so many pois are loaded at the end of the download.
7.On GPS go to where to then extras or my locations if you don’t see extras and touch custom pois and you should see them.
8.Every time you run poiloader it will overwrite the existing files.
Note. The biggest problems with the csv, gpx, wav, bmp and mp3 not working are the files not being named the same except for extensions and having double extensions. Double-check each of them. The best way to prevent double extensions is to go to your folder options in the control panel and click view then find hide extensions for known file types and remove the check mark. Click ok.

Instructions for wav files.
a.Download the latest PoiLoader file at http://www8.garmin.com/products/poiloader/ .
b.Download Sox Exe at http://rapidshare.com:80/files/139638423/sox.zip .
c. After un-zipping Sox Exe file place it in your Garmin folder where the PoiLoader exe file is located on the computer.
d.The wav file for alerts will be named the same as the CSV or GPX file except for the extensions.
e. You can make your own wav files by going to http://www.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php and typing in what you want it to say or use a program to convert mp3 files to wav. When using the conversion it must be saved as PCM, 44.100 kHZ., 16 bit, Mono. Wav files are also on site for download.
Select manual mode on poiloader to set speed or distance for alert.
