And lose all that ticket revenue in these troubled times?
I would bet if it happened in this country it would be in New York City, because nobody pays attention to them there, anyway.

Interesting Idea..So then we put up stop signs and then we have those that don't know how they work.
I think as a simple minded person wish they would just put count down timers like the walk sign so you will have some idea of when the light will change.
