USING garmin poi loader

Having a horrible time getting this to work. It appears it is downloaded to my computer, but will not allow me to use it. I have followed all FAQ and still have a problem. Could it be my computer? Thanks

What version, etc

As usual, someone will need to know what computer, software, version etc you are using. I would offer to help but don't know a thing about it.

is your Nuvi attached to the PC when 'it doesn't work'?
