Check Out Addresses and create Route with Junction View on Navteq Site

Ever wondered if a certain address is included in Navteq maps or what junction views are available on a route you are considering taking? Navteq's updated website is where you can now do both of those things.

Log on to www.navteq.com.

To look up an address just type it into the A Search field and press Search. If the address is available in the maps, a 3D map will appear and zoom into the location you entered. If it's not in the map data, there is a link to the Map Reporter at the top of the page to report the missing information to Navteq.

To calculate a route, enter the start address in the A search field and the End address in the B, optional field and click route. The map will appear showing your route and turn by turn directions will be listed along the left hand side of the page.

Scroll the directions listing and where ever a Junction View is available in the map data, it will be displayed in the list.

Also included is Send to GPS, Realtime traffic, and a Flyover Route Simulation mode that you won't believe.

I'm still finding stuff that can be done on this site but it looks really good so far.
