I have an out of state license plate, and the vehicle is registered out of state. I was flashed with one of the speed cameras on one of the arizona freeways (I-10).
I am wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and did you receive a ticket at the address registered to your vehicle out of state? Anyone from the east coast?
I have heard they dont pursue out of state.

Watch your mail and check with an attorney about what you should do with the notice if it arrives. I haven't seen anybody on this site state they are a practicing attorney and give a legal opinion.

Out of State.
In the past they have handled these by sending your state a notice (when you don't pay). When you pay your registration, your state will withhold the stickers until the out of state hold is lifted.
Don't know if that is how they still handle it, of if your state has signed on to this ransom scheme by the differential states.
If you ain't got pictures, I wasn't there.
You have to be served.
In Arizona, probably as well as other states, you have to be served to enforce a ticket. I am not sure Arizona is going to hire process servers from all 50 states. You have not been found guilty of anything until you go to court and you don't have to go to court until you are served. They have no way of proving you received the notice in the mail.
Don't do anything and see what happens.
