Comparable Magellan to the Nuvi 265wt

I am a Garmin user and admit I am very unversed in the Magellan lineup. I am considering the Nuvi 265wt (~ $220) and want to know if there is a good alternative that is slightly lower priced from another manufacturer.
Features I feel are valuable and put me into the 265wt are

As much as I know there is not a single Magellan GPS that offers Lifetime Traffic. The best you can get is 3 months free trial.

Most Comparable Magellan to Nuvi 265WT
The most comparable unit to the Nuvi 265WT is the Magellan Maestro 4350. It has Bluetooth and traffic. The traffic is a 3 month free trial. Annual subscription is $40. The 4350 can be had on Amazon for about $160. I own the 4350 and have been pleased with it.
Value of realtime traffic
Dep[ending upon where you live this feture is of value. I have heard it works well arround New York city, however in all of my travels I have yet to find it useful.
As a side point when I signed up for my free 3 month period, the ecpiration date turned out to be 02/01/99. So I have not paid a cent for the last two years on my 4250. Frnakly, to me that is exactly what the service is worth.
Real Time Traffic
It has been useful to me living in the Chicago suburbs. Construction everywhere and it does a good job of identifying trouble spots.

I have The 1470 (4.7) Screen and love it. The wider screen does make a difference, and Highway exit display is on all locations not just a few like Garmin. I bought the Traffic Adapter extra, Love the Triple AAA ratings for Food, Hotels And More. One down Point Is You Cant And POI'S. P.S. Traffic is free with Adapter ( has Small adds ) to cover cost.
