MSN Traffic lifetime renewal / Nuvi885T

I have tried on 6 occasions to renew my MSN lifetime traffic, even went through MSN's tech support and kept getting an error at the last screen that told me to try again. They received the same error during 4 trys.
I downloaded the latest updates for my unit 4.6, and am still receiving the error during activation, please try again message.
Getting late, getting sleepy.
Any suggestions as to my next move.
I hope it is not a date with the tech support at Garmin.

MSN renewal
I had troubles with MSN connecting to my old 680. It Garman replaced the cable (n/c) which did not help. They said that I needed to return the unit and pay for the repair as it was pass warranty.
I happen to have the Best Buy extended warranty, got a new 885T to replace the 680.
