When TT first puts out its SW & HW upgrades, it does not also put out the upgrade for the online emulator. That typically comes out a few days later. If you wait a few days and log on, you should get an update that will let you operate your TT online as before.

I lost my ability to use the TomTom while it is in the dock with the new tomtom home.
