map source (says i need a map source product)

I am perplexed as my map source wont load as it says i need a map source product ,I had map source working a month ago now it doesn't work ,any ideas.
It is probably
looking for a Garmin map file in the C:\Garmin directory of your PC.
Nuvi 350, 760, 1695LM, 3790LMT, 2460LMT, 3597LMTHD, DriveLuxe 50LMTHD, DriveSmart 61, Garmin Drive 52, Garmin Backup Camera 40 and TomTom XXL540s.

One other option if you have a Garmin map file on your computer would be to download another version of Mapsource and do a reinstall:

You will also need to reinstall your CNNA NT map with you unit plugged in to re-associate it with mapsource.

Your PC registry may be corrupted for the map
1. Check Garmin Map installation path:
HKLM/Software/Garmin/Installed/{product name} {path}
2. Check Garmin Map product ID under mapsource:
HKLM/Software/Garmin/Mapsource/Families (non NT)
HKLM/Software/Garmin/Mapsource/FamiliesNT (NT)
