I called the traffic Management Dept. for Wilmington NC and spoke to a nice fella by the name of Tom less than 5 minutes ago. He tells me that the three above red light camera locations were removed by his predecessor long ago. He tells me he has been at the job for 16 months now and he understood these cameras were removed 2 years before he took over the dept. That would mean they have been gone for approximately 40 months.

Tom said the city of Wilmington NC now has 13 Red light cameras.

Edit...
The mans name was Don Bennett, not Tom. I phoned him at 910-341-4696. The number is being provided so that you can verify, should you choose to do so.
