Saw the signs go up at this intersection, no cameras yet, but sure they'll go in soon. Lake Street (Route 20) & IL RT 53 in Addison, IL.

Can this be added yet or do you have to wait until a camera goes in?

Wait until the cameras are installed and then report via the link at the upper right corner of all pages -- "report an enforcement camera".
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

I think the camera you mention is the one marked as
pending on Rohlwing Road & Lake Street.
It may take a while before the camera actually goes online.
