How POI Attached with Sound and Picture

I have Nuvi 760 I want to attached alert sound and picture I follow the instruction like put same nae csv file and picture and sound but it does,t work even I put .csv on csv file and .bmp on picture file but nothing work.Is there any one know how it work.

loading POI's

the name of the bmp and POI file need to be exactly the same(e.g. starbucks.csv & starbucks.bmp).

they need to both be in the same folder that you direct POI Loader to
