Nuvi 760 with white line

I have a nuvi 760 that has a thin white line running from left to right across the screen about a half inch down from the top. I emailed Garmin and they had me do a master reset which did not help. I have emailed them back but was hoping that someone here could help me.

If the hard-reset did not clear it, it seems very likely it's a hardware issue which only Garmin will likely be able to help you with.
