Tied a Record
The temperature tied a record at 115 yesterday here in Phoenix. One of the news stations showed cookies that were supposedly baked in someone's car. If you can bake cookies imagine what an outside temperature of 115 or 116 can do to your GPS!

I will be making tzatziki sauce with my fresh yogurt and cucumbers from my garden.

Yep, I lost my windmill this week. Slacking off, I guess. Been Busy assembling new POI files for undiscovered restaurants, but that doesn't count.

My Garmin lead me down some roads yesterday that should have been coded as unpaved. I finally had enough and just started taking paved roads toward the west until the recalculations took me on major roads. My father's Tom Tom tried to do the same but he knew the area better than me and how to avoid the trouble spots. Going to have to report these roads to Navteq.
