Unable to load US TV Stations with MapSource

I downloaded US TV Stations.csv and used GPXtoPIO to convert to a .gpx file. I have used this method with many other csv files. I got the following Error from MapSource "..../US TV Stations.gpx could not be loaded".
MapSource should really give a line number where the parser was unable to continue. Anyone know a good way to debug this?
I ran the .gpx file through PIO file converter and it printed lots of duplicate lines, but had the same problem with the resulting .._R or .._V files.
Note I WAS able to load the gpx to Google Earth.

The problem loading this file is "#VALUE!" is used in the first field for the following: Note the first number is line number of the bad entry. If I get time I'll look these locations up, but it makes me question the accuracy of any of the other entries.

Just for my curiosity,
It's in csv format, why convert to gpx format? Both formats will load via poi loader, and therefore work on your 350. You could also run the csv file through RT's POI file verifier, that would check for errors.

I also like to use MapSource on my laptop or PC due to the bigger screen to look at the waypoints. MapSource does not import .cvs files, but does import .gpx.

Knew there had to be logical reason, and just not a needless conversion just to load with poi loader.
