Alert Sounds won't download

I've tried to download an alert sound for Caribou coffee and when I click on the mp3 file I get a IE page that says unable to load that file.

I've tried a few others and get the same error.

Is the alert sound library down or am I doing something wrong?

did you

right click on the mp3 file and do "save target as"?

If you did, did you put in the same directory as your csv file?

does the csv and mp3 have the same name except for extensions?

than did you run the poi loader?

if this isn't how you did it, than explain your steps?

Right-Click

Depending on which browser you are using, you have to right-click on the link. In the dialog box for IE, select "Save Target As..." and select the folder on your PC where you want the file (either .mp3 or .wav) saved.

A normal left-click on either link will only play the sound, not download it.

EDIT: Oops, too late.
