Extra_POI_Editor Error

OK, I have a new PC, so I am in the process of loading all the must have software for my (also new) NUVI 765T.
After downloading Extra_POI_Editor and unzipping, when I try to run it, I get the following error. "Component 'RICHTX32.ocx' or one of its dependents not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." I am running WIN XP PRO, SP3. Any body experienced this or have any suggestions?

Are you missing the required OCX file?

Use the installer instead. You may only have to do this once since this will install all the required files for future releases. This is just an install to get the library files. You should always use the latest version of Extra_POI_Editor.

* Extra_POI_Editor_Installer+v250.zip

Ran into this myself, common issue, go back to: http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor
this should fix you up. This is a great application the merits exploration; it really does a lot.

Thank You both

Thank You, both TXRVer, and Charles. That did the trick. Didn't read quite far enough.
