Too bad the investors won't get their money back. Seeing him get, effectively, a life sentence is fine, but a lot of people have lost their entire life savings.

It has been so hot here. Our outdoor gage was up to 109 last week. Hopefully it will cool down a little this week

My retirement accounts have rebounded some, but at my age, I have to wonder if they will get back to pre-recession levels in my lifetime.

We have a new Basset Hound puppy in the Family. We got her last Saturday night and she is 9 weeks old. Yesterday we went to Petsmart and loaded up on puppy supplies!!! There is no doubt that she will keep us occupied for awhile.

I plan on getting some mileage this week end with my Garmin. My family is heading up to the Makinac Bridge and to the island and who knows where else! Looking forward to it!

It's been extremely hot and humid early this year in central GA. Been hovering around 100, with the "feels like" temp at 103-110. Finally came down to below the actual temp when a cool/dry front pushed through. Put the temps this afternoon to the mid 90's. Will be taking my first real significant trip of any distance this week, but only to Jacksonville, FL. But, do get a chance to check out some of my GPS features and some of the custom POIs I've downloaded from this great site...
