Red Light Cameras - WA residents fight back

I do believe that I'll join the suit.

That is going to put a crimp in their revenue

I feel cities are using red light camera's more as a money maker then for the safty they are intended for.
They will just change the law to suit them!

It was long time ago when law actually meant exactly what was written in books. Today it is just a free "interpretation" of what is in book that matters. And since judges base their decisions more on their private preferences than letter of law it may be good for nothing. It is worth a try, but sadly I'm under impression that they eventually may got parking ticket raised to higher levels. And, as so many on this forum likes to say, it is the law, and you are here just shut up and pay, because politicians need more money "for your safety".
