I see you have a Garmin 850.Once you have them on your unit.You can select go to,extras custom pois and select any one of them to navigate you to that location.If you want alerts for certain custom pois you can also use the manual mode instead of the express mode to set distance to be alerted by.Since you have mp3 you can also add voice alerts to your custom pois.See top right of page for sounds and click on it.Wide selection to pick from and match up to your custom pois.Sure other users can add to this.
