Saved Location

I saved a location on my 255w. I thought I would be able to go back and get lat and long from the saved location, but can't find a way to do it.

What tool am I not using?

Two ways.

1. Send the Waypoint to MapSource and look at the coordinates there.

2. Turn the GPS receiver function off. Go to the Waypoint and set it as your current location. Then touch the vehicle icon. The coordinates will be displayed. Or press Where to? > Coordinates (if you have that option) and the coordinates will be displayed.

You can also use this program Extra Poi Editor at http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor .Just hook your gps unit up to the computer and go to your Garmin folder then look for gpx and you will see all the favorites there.Just load them to Extra Poi Editor and it will display all the information.This program also allows you make csv and gpx files plus set proximity alerts.
