POIs & their clasification

Hi, I am new here and I will appreciate if someone can give me a Hand !!
I have a Garmin Nuvi 250, When I select Destination Several Options appear, Direction, Favorites .. Among them its one called Points Of Interest (not to confuse with Extras > Custom Pois).
On that folder I found restorants, hotel, etc.
My question is How can I edit this places and add some of my custom pois on this list!

Those are the roughly 6 million POIs that come with your map. They cannot be edited.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

Yes
Yes you can add, classify, and delete Favorites and custom POIs.
You can save pre-installed POIs as a Favorite. Then you can Edit and classify in the Favorite file.

No you can't add,delte or modify pre-installed pois.You can make all the custom pois you want.
