I was driving from the Walgreens(Store# 5638) on Reiserstown Rd to the Walgreens(Store#7573?) on York Rd through Northern Parkway.

I'm not sure if those are the "exact" coordinates from google, but it is clear that there is a camera at that intersection.
I came and was stopped buy a red light on the intersection of Northern Parkway and Springlake Way. Both my traffic and the opposing traffic were stopped by the red light. There was a white lady wearing sunglasses jogging on the opposite side of the street coming towards me.
I saw a flash somewhere and started looking for cameras all around. Behold, I found one right in front of a tree.
How sensitive are red light cameras that they would be taking a picture of a human being who jogged past the white line?
Do they just snap photos of anything that moves regardless of weight or size? What's next, taking the picture of a flying bird?
