Problem with Montgomery County Liquor Stores

No, they haven't rejected me as a customer yet. The problem is:
when I try to load this particular *.csv file (Montgomery County MD) dated 4/9/2009 with the POI Loader 2.5.3.0 I get an error during the load. It terminates loading all POI's in the the file beyond the first one.
I suspect there is something wrong about the format of the csv file, but it could be something peculiar about the most recent POI loader.
Anybody else having this problem?

The problem is the second line of the file - it only contains the phone number of the first entry. I am going to fix the file, and will let you know when it is updated.
