I've read about the feature and drive my own car for work, anywhere from 100 to 250 miles a day. If this could save me some gas I might be interested, but it mentions the 205 but not the 200 in the Garmin website.

See https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=134 for the units that have that feature. You wwill need to put check mark in ecoRoute located on left side .So short answer is no.

Thanks for your responses, I figured if it wasn't listed, it wouldn't be available conventionally but that there might be some other way of loading it on an SD card instead.

From the discussions regarding EcoRoute on this forum, I doubt if it would save any measurable amount of fuel. From other user reports we know it plays with the routing and will not recommend any road where the speed is above 50 shunning expressways and freeways for surface streets with stop lights as one report stated Garmin "had found speeds below 50 were more fuel efficient."
While lower speed is more fuel efficient, waiting at stop lights and idling along with the constant acceleration would, IMO negate any fuel savings from traveling the express route without stops.
There have been many that have installed it, only to call Garmin and get the procedure to back the software out of the unit. But there have been others that like the software and the reports it can generate.
