MSN reception -- recent improvement

Has anyone noticed a reception improvement with their MSN receiver? Over the last 10 days or so I've been getting a strong signal while at home, and noticed fewer dead spots while traveling.
I'm hoping there is also an improvement outside of the local area (Pittsburgh), as I travel a lot in the Summer months.
