NUVII 760 - Gives ETA, but why not miles to arrival

I recently bought a 760 and really enjoy using it. The only complaint about the unit is that is gives the ETA to my destination point, but not the number of miles - I've looked through all the menus/settings options and cannot find a way to change it to miles. Does anyone know how this can be done - if at all?

It can't be changed.
You can touch that ETA on the map screen and get to the 'dashboard' whenever you want to - and that displays your miles traveled, and miles left on the route, and other info.

You can't change the box where the ETA is shown on the main screen. but....
Touch the ETA box to display your dashboard screen. The number of miles to destination is right above the odometer when you are on a route.
Or...
From the main map screen touch the green bar on the top which takes you to the directions screen. Then touch "show map" on the bottom of that map screen and both remaining distance and time will be displayed along the bottom of that screen.

The newer model 765T can change to a number of different choices for information displayed in that spot. (Doesn't help you..........)

Thanks for the info . . understood - I was hoping that the feature was configurable via some type of "hack" - it's minor gripe.Otherwise, I am quite pleased with this unit!
