I just wanted to say "Hi" to all on this site, I have my First GPS this month,(Waited till I'm 72Yrs young) 
A Garmin C550 and have done lot of reading. I found this site on the Web, and to me it's one of the "best" sites I have ever visited, so easy to use, I look forward to meeting a lot of new friends. Thank you, sincerely

Like you, I have just gotten my first GPS (at 50 years young!). Very basic entry level unit till I become proficient with it. I have done a lot of searching for resources, and I can tell you that THIS IS THE PLACE!! Answers,files,friendship...it's all right here.
