What do I do with this POI excel file I have now???

I'm new to all this. I downloaded a POI file, US Federal & State Campgnds, and ended up with an excel file on my PC. What do I do with this excel file. I want into my Garmin StreetPilot c330. But the site from which I downloaded the file seems to assume everyone will know what to do with the excell file because I don't see any instructions on what to do next. Help!!!!!!!!!1

You need POI file loader
You need POI file loader from Garmin web site,unpack and copy file to folder from which you will uploaded with POI loader.

Click on the "getting started" link above and it will provide you with instructions on how to download the Garmin POI Loader and upload the POIs to your GPSr.
