Sounds!

Recently I was able to d/load the Red Light Cameras and installed them on my Nuvi200W. All went well uploading the new files, but I noticed when I approached a redlight camera that I already had in place and with a personal wav file added to the camera file, I only got a default alert sound. Apparently the new camera files wiped out my personal wav file. I guess I can restore the personal wav file.

Every time that you run POI Loader, it creates a new POI.gpi file that overwrites the existing file. You must reload everything at once or take steps via renaming/relocating the gpi files.

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

There is a thorough explanation in another thread

I asked a similar question in another thread and got very thorough answers that cleared up my confusion. Take a look at:

Good luck!

OK, first time back online in a while. I renamed a couple of wav files to match the Redlight Camera file. Works just fine now.....Thanks!
