How does a location make it into the "Core POI" list?

I was messing around today with my nuvu 750 and decided to type in "chiropractic" as the destination I wanted to go to (under POI's, type address...)
One business came up, which made me question how one would get their business into the "core map" POIs?

You'd really have to ask Navteq and TeleAtlas what parameters/criteria that they use to know for sure.
