Intro and Magellan Crossover

Hi,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm in aerospace and live in Florida, USA but will soon be retiring to Colorado, USA. I hope to become a contributing member of this forum.
I had a Garmin 10 paired with an HP PDA that worked great when new, but the PDA started dropping the bluetooth connection and hard resetting itself so I decided it was time to upgrade. I just received a Megellan Crossover which is why I went looking for POI's on the web. The set that comes with the Crossover (1.5M points) is nowhere near as complete as the old one in the Garmin (6.0M points). Even common things like names of towns are missing. The Speedway gas station, 8 years old, near my home is also missing. Thankfully, you can upload POI's.
That's all for now,

Tom

Welcome Tom, I know you will

Welcome Tom,
I know you will enjoy this forum as much as the rest of us. Much appreciation goes out to Miss POI and JM for all their hard work on this site.
