Help with Nuvi 660 icons

Hi everybody.
I uploaded some POI's and their associated icons, even up loaded them with the uploader, and I still only get a blue flag for all my POI's instead of the custom icon. What gives?

Filenames
Are the filenames for the POI files and the icons the same? For example, if the POI file is named Starbucks.csv, the icon must be Starbucks.bmp.

If you are seeing blue flags, you are not seeing custom-pois. Favorites show up with a default blue flag icon, but custom-pois have a default grey dot.
You said you used POI Loader to load them. Did you also copy a gpx file to the unit where they would automatically be added to your favorites, or did you use favorites to make a test POI file?
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
