Help in uploading POI file

I have a TomTom and there are a couple of POI files that I have created or modified that I would like to upload to this site to share with those that might be interested.
One is Tollbooths in eastern USA & Atlantic Canada
The other is state / Province entrance welcome centres (without all the rest areas only) for USA and eastern Canada.
I have found other rest areas POI files that have more than just rest areas like Costco stores, camping centres, state parks, diesel fill up stations etc. etc. These are great if you are RVing but not so great if you are traveling the major Hwy's and just looking for welcome centres or restroom break locations
I just don't seem to be able to find how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I tried but it won't acccept a TT ov2 file. I can download a TT file just can't up load at the moment,so I will just have to upload to Poifriend instead

our system turns CSV files
our system turns CSV files to OV2, we don't upload OV2 files to the site. If you send me the file in an email I can get it up on the site.
