Unable to Uncheck Map Info

I recently installed the City Navigator North America NT 2009 Maps on my SD card, my Nuvi 350 displays them in Map Info along with the 2008 maps installed on the unit. Both are checked and I can unchedk the 2009 but not the 2008. Is it ok to run with both checked, will I be using up-to-date maps if both are checked or do I need to uncheck the 2008?

Seems to me the better deal is do update your 350 with the 09 maps and if you want, put the 08 on your SD card. Not sure what would happen if you tried to run both at the same time. Might confuse the Nuvi and cause it to lock up.
Better to update it and keep the 08 maps on the card, if you really need to keep them.

This behaviour sounds unusual...
...If you don't have the SD card installed, can you un-check the 2008 maps?
