POI alert sounds twice

i use nuvi 760 firm ware 4.2
when i have two POIs near each other i have the first poi sound come up and as i get closer to the second poi i get it to sound, but then the first one repeats itself because i am stil within it's range
any solution to that ?

I have 3-760's and sometime this has happened to me don't really know why but it happens,,I have checked my cvs files and all looks fine but it doesn't do it alot.
