just ordered a nuvi 760 for 209.00 with shipping . i am upgrading from my garmin c 330 . anybody out there have any reviews on this unit ? i would love to hear how you like or dislike . thanks glenn

There should be tons of reviews on this model. I also picked up mine about two weeks ago. It is a nice device. Please check firmware on your device when it arrives. If it is 4.1, then please upgrade it to 4.2 otherwise you will notice lag in TTC etc.
FM transmitter is working fine on mine though lots of people have problems with it. It is not strong enough. Just select a frequency below 88.7. Blutooth is working fine with my Nokia N95. Screen refresh is very slow. I am not sure about new models. MP3 player works fine. Overall it is a good product.

sent BOTH of mine back, got a 765T love it great unit, make sure that you upgrade the firmware to 4.2 !!!

Use the forum "search" and look for 760. You'll find tons of feedback. Be sure and note the date of the posts. Some of the complaints about the 760 when it was first released have been fixed with later firmware updates.

The owners manual for your new GPS is online at Garmin.com but it really doesn't provide much information. You'll learn a lot more about hidden screens, how to work the track log and other features on this forum.
Oh, and I'm jealous of the price. I just paid $244 a few weeks ago and thought that was a great deal.

I like it very much, it was also an upgrade from a c330 my wife was using. My c580 is doing just fine...

Well I now own 3 760's and have found that for my needs they are greet no probs so far. The first 2 I paid over $500.00 each the 3rd one just got it at costco for $250.00,, so you got a good deal and a good GPS.
