qwerty for Garmin Nuvi 350

I bought a Garmin Nuvi 350 recently and I'm wondering if there is any way to reconfigure the input keypad from abc to qwerty? I did a quick search of the archives and saw that some of the newer Garmins have this and wondered if there is a patch or hack to change the older units?

No. Unfortunately there's not.
a hack but...
There is physically not enough area on the screen to display the qwerty keyboard. There was a hack floating around where someone had modified the abc keyboard on a nuvi 200 to qwerty but it was a different language and some of the most unused characters were omitted due to there not being enough actual keys.
