Issue with my Nuvi 770 constantly shutting down.

Hi all,
I am not sure if this is a issue with all Garmins running 4.10 software. Last night after plugging in my Nuvi 770 to my GTM-20 Traffic receiver, it kept powering off. I brought it and tried powering it on without the traffic receiver and it was still shutting down instantly. I then hooked it up to my laptop and was able to connect with it not shutting down, i then checked to see if there were any updates on the operating system and saw that 4.20 was available. I then downloaded 4.20 to my nuvi and also got the newest firmware for the traffic receiver and was then able to power up my Nuvi without incident. So if anyone is having trouble all of a sudden with their GPS's not powering up and you use a traffic receiver try getting the latest firmware and software loaded up and try powering up again. Hope that helps.
TourGuide or POI Alert?

Not sure if it's the same bug or not, but versions earlier than 4.20 on the 760 and 750 had a bug if you powered up within the alert area of a TourGuide or POI that had an alert set, it would crash and power off. 4.20 fixed all that.
