POI Loader can remove ALL POI's or, you can delete the unwanted file from your POI folder (on your computer) and install POI's again ... the remaining POI's will be reinstalled, this time w/o the unwanted files.
If you have many custom POI's and don't want to remove all of them, just move the ones from your POI folder you don't want to another folder. Run the POI Loader again to install. The ones you removed from your POI folder will not show up. If you have accompanied files like a *.bmp file or *.wav file with the same name, be sure an move them as well. If you want the POI back just move the files back to the POI folder and run the POI Loader again. HTH!
