Down loading HD Icon

Hi
For the life of me I cant get the HD icon to load into my Zumo 450.
I can get the POI for all the HD dealers but the icon will not show up.
Can some one please walk me through the steps.
I have done everything that i have read here with no luck

1. Be sure that you have dowloaded BOTH the icon and the Custom POI file to your computer.
2. Put them both in the same folder on your computer
3. Rename the files so that they are spelled identically except for the file extension. DO NOT TYPE THE FILE EXTENSION LETTERS WHEN RENAMING THE FILE.
4. Double and TRIPLE check to be sure that you don't have double file extensions such as HD.bmp.bmp which will cause them not to work. Be sure that your file browser options are NOT set to HIDE file extensions of known types.
5. Run POI Loader and point it to the folder on your computer in which you placed the Custom POI file and the icon.
